7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Delivery timelines vary depending on location but usually fall between 5–10 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are disclosed at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Returns/Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Refunds are processed as store credit (credit notes or gift cards).
9. GIFT CARDS & CREDIT NOTES
- Gift cards and credit notes are valid for 6 months.
- They are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Can be redeemed online only.

product names, descriptions, and website code — is intellectual property of Laaparwah or its partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. USER CONDUCT
