1. Shipping Locations 
We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. Whether you are located in a 
metro city or a remote village, we aim to get your order to you with maximum efficiency. 
We’re constantly expanding our delivery reach.

2. Delivery Time 
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery may take between 5–8 working days depending on your city, locality, or any regional logistic constraints. During holidays, delivery may be slightly delayed.

3. Shipping Charges 
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999. This is part of our goal to provide  maximum value to our customers. For orders below ₹999, a minimal shipping charge will apply. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly visible during checkout.

4. Courier Partners 
We work with reliable courier partners like Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to deliver your products. These are trusted names in the logistics industry to ensure your product reaches safely and on time.

5. Order Tracking 
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can use this link to check real-time updates of your shipment. If there is a delay or issue, our support team is here to assist you.

6. Handling and Processing Time 
Before shipping, we inspect every item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may extend slightly during high volume periods such as sales or festivals.

7. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances 
Despite our best efforts, delays can occur due to weather conditions, transport strikes, or regulatory delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

8. Address Accuracy 
Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are correct and  complete at the time of placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or failed deliveries. We are not responsible for such failed shipments.

9. Re-attempts and Returns 
In case of non-delivery due to unavailability or refusal at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery. If re-attempts fail, the product will be returned to us. You may be contacted for an alternative arrangement or refund.

10. Unserviceable Pincodes 
Some areas may not be serviceable due to courier limitations. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded immediately or offered an alternative shipping method if available.

11. Packaging and Safety 
We use secure, tamper-evident packaging to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. Please do not accept the parcel if it appears to be tampered with or damaged.
