Refund policy

1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY 
By using the Laaparwah Exchange Portal and/or placing an order for product(s) on www.laaparwah.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy without modification. If you do not agree with the policy, we recommend not proceeding with the transaction. 
We may revise this policy from time to time. Kindly check this page before placing an order to stay updated on the latest terms.

2. HOW TO PLACE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST?

3. EXCHANGE & RETURN GUIDELINES 
We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
Once your request is approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation email. 
Your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours. 
Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse at your own cost. 
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code. 
On receiving your product, it will undergo a quality check (QC). 
Post successful QC, your exchange or return request will be processed. 
Delivery time for exchanges: 7–10 working days from QC approval. 
If the required size is unavailable, we will either: 
Exchange for another product, OR 
Issue a gift card usable on your next online purchase. 
Refunds (for returns) are provided as credit notes post-QC, emailed to your registered ID. 
Returned products must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and packaging intact. 
We will not process returns for products received in poor condition or that appear worn.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY 
COD orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. 
All prepaid orders are final. No cancellations or monetary refunds are allowed. 
If refund is required on prepaid orders, we will issue a gift card equal to the price value, valid for 6 months. 
Note: Gift cards are non-refundable and usable only on www.laaparwah.com. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

6. 30-DAY PRODUCT ISSUE RESOLUTION 
We offer a 30-day review period for the following garment issues: 
Colour bleeding, Print cracks, Stitching/finishing flaws. 
Report such issues within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange pickup and resolution. 
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. 

7. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE 
You may raise a return or exchange if: 
(a) The size does not fit 
(b) The product or package is damaged 
(c) The product is defective 
(d) An accessory or part of the product is missing 

Conditions for approval: 
Product is unused, unwashed, unaltered and in a saleable condition 
Original tags and packaging are intact 
No odour, stains, scratches, tears, dents or damage 
Product was purchased under your account 
If purchased as a set, the entire set must be returned 
Returns are processed via our reverse logistics partners. On receiving a request, our partner will contact you to arrange pickup (if serviceable). 
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that doesn’t meet the above conditions. 

The only exception: 
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with:
